Electrical Assistant Contracts Manager Position


We are currently recruiting for an electrical assistant contracts manager for our term maintenance work on our TOC contracts.

Ideally, the candidate will be a time served commercial electrician with the following qualifications

Mandatory qualifications

–   NVQ level 3 in Electro Technical Installations 2330 or equivalent.
–   17th Edition Wiring Regs C&G 2381
–   Testing and Inspecting 2391 or equivalent
–   ECS Health and Safety Card
–   Valid Asbestos Awareness
–   Full driving license

Advantageous qualifications

–   ICI (industry Common Induction)
–   PTS (Personal Track Safety)
–   Emergency Lighting 5266 2016
–   Fire Alarm 5839
–   IPAF
–   18th Edition Wiring Regs
–   Working at Height
–   Manual Handling

Job Title: Assistant Contracts Manager
Working Hours: 0800 – 1730 Monday to Friday. Additional hours may need to be worked
depending on workload. There may be a requirement for occasional weekend working. Respond to call outs as required.

–  Engage with clients to develop new business and ensure that HBS are seen to deliver top
customer service
–   Monitor and ensure compliance with delivery of all PPM programmes and reactive KPI’s
–   Prepare quotations for new works and manage the delivery of all small works arising
–   Prepare monthly report for the Contracts Manager on works executed, costs and any remedial
works arising from PPM activity
–   Work closely with Assetpro and monitor all Attendance and resolution times to ensure that
we do not fail on any jobs.
–   Load all job sheets/quotations/test sheets etc to the job record on Assetpro as required
–   Carry out H&S and quality audits on sites under your management and report to Bob
