Help Desk Team Member

We have an exciting opportunity to join our Helpdesk team here at the Hollywell Head Office based in St.Albans.

Your duties will include but are not limited to:

·   To manage incoming help desk jobs for various clients as required

·   Input data on to Assetpro

·   Monitor Assetpro and progress both PPM and Reactive jobs.

·   Ensure KPI’s are maintained at 95% or higher

·   Cost jobs on Assetpro

·   Chase subcontractors for completion paperwork and file as directed

·   To develop business with existing client base and also assist the contracts manager in the development of new business opportunities

·   Generate quotes when required

·   Follow protocol at all times

·   Cover all contracts as required during staff absences

·   Ability to work effectively in a team as well as using your own initiative

·   Good time management skills

·   Ability to manage possibly stressful situations in a calm and collected way
