Electrician:

Experienced electrician required to work across a variety of contracts doing reactive and planned maintenance tasks. The successful  candidate will have their 18th Edition and 2391 Inspection & Testing. This is a full time position, covering the Hertfordshire and London area. Junior Quantity Surveyor:

We have an opportunity for a Junior Quantity Surveyor to join our expanding team at our Head Office in St Albans. As a Junior Quantity Surveyor you will assist in the management of commercial activities for a variety of projects, ensuring that value is maximised, risks mitigated and cash flow is maintained. The successful candidate will show a willingness to study Quantity Surveying, show they are highly numerate with excellent attention to detail. Purchasing Administrator:

  • To be involved in all aspects of purchasing.
  • Raise purchase orders, follow up, check deliveries against invoices and associated administrative processes.
  • All direct materials and services to support both rail facilities management, non-rail facilities management and supporting construction site team activities.
  • Monitoring existing costs and jobs to ensure no duplications.
  • All indirect purchasing for the business activities and property company activities such as office and hygiene supplies, building access and control and record keeping.
  • Purchasing and / or supply chain knowledge, working for Facilities Management and/or construction sites.
  • Knowledge of materials and suppliers covering maintenance of commercial and rail sites, commercial and residential fit out works, fixings and fittings, building and construction
  • Other ad hoc tasks within the finance department
