Duties

  • HSQE Auditing of Active Construction Sites
  • HSQE Auditing of Maintenance Teams
  • HSQE Auditing of Completed Works
  • HSQE Auditing of Project and Contract Management Teams
  • Checking compliance in accordance with company procedures
  • Preparing and submitting audit reports
  • Preparing and updating audit programme
  • Carrying out COSHH assessments
  • Collating and Updating COSHH registers
  • Collating and Updating equipment registers
  • Assisting with site management in absence of regular staff
  • Updating head office records
  • Providing toolbox talks and maintaining register
  • Preparation of WPP, method statements, tasks briefings and other safety documents
  • Preparation of site safety files
  • Liaison with clients over health and safety matters
  • Investigating accidents, incidents, close calls and near misses and preparing reports
  • Carrying out assessments of work activities and advising on safe systems of work
  • Assisting with external audits by accreditation bodies and clients
  • Other related activities as directed by line manager
  • Carrying out HSQE Inductions

Key Skills

  • Familiarity with operational railway environment and applicable procedures and standards
  • Good computer skills and competent with all Microsoft packages
  • Competent report writer
  • Good oral and written communication skills
  • Good man management skills in order to encourage positive HSQE culture at all levels of
    organisation including subcontractors
  • Ability to work with an overview of all factors and objectives in order to ensure team goals
    are met
  • Ability to work in conjunction with all other members of the service delivery team

Qualifications

  • Trade related qualification
  • NEBOSH Construction Certificate

Electrician Greater Anglia

Working Hours: 08:00 – 17:30 Monday to Friday. Additional hours may need to be worked
depending on workload. There may be a requirement for occasional weekend working. Respond to
callouts as required.

As a maintenance electrician, your duties will include, but not be limited to the following:

  • Taking delivery of materials
  • Checking delivery notes and handing them to the foreman
  • Complete worksheets in a timely and efficient manner and submit to the head office each
    Friday
  • Make recommendations regarding condition of plant and submit Life Expired asset reports if
    necessary
  • Completing Planned Maintenance works in accordance with the client specification
  • Compile list of remedial works required after PPM visit
  • Assist the Contracts Manager in preparing costings for any remedial works
  • Order job materials and submit copy paperwork to the Head Office each Friday
  • Attend training and H & S courses from time to time as directed by the Contracts Manager
  • In the event of an accident, report to your nominated First Aider who will be introduced to
    you during your site induction
  • Complete accident report forms as directed by your site foreman/Contracts Manager

Helpdesk Coordinator

Employment Type: Full-time

Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive Helpdesk Coordinator to be the first point of contact for service requests. This role involves managing job assignments, ensuring SLA adherence, and providing excellent support to the team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming service requests professionally via phone and email.
  • Use Asset Pro to assign and track job progress, ensuring SLA compliance.
  • Dispatch calls to engineers or subcontractors based on skills and geographical needs.
  • Prioritise and manage urgent jobs to ensure swift resolution.
  • Support operatives and subcontractors in meeting service delivery expectations.
  • Attend training and health & safety courses as required.

Qualifications and Experience

  • GCSEs or equivalent (Grade C or above in English and Maths).
  • Experience in Facilities Management within an administrative or helpdesk role.
  • Strong familiarity with CAFM systems.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel and Outlook.

  • Excellent organisational and planning skills.
  • Ability to manage workloads effectively and meet deadlines.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

A/C Engineers

Working Hours: 08:00 – 17:30 Monday to Friday. Additional hours may need to be worked
depending on workload. There may be a requirement for occasional weekend working. Respond to
callouts as required.

Covering C2C, and GA Rail Locations predominantly.

Duties:

  • Carry out reactive and planned maintenance work on all air conditioning equipment on the
    client asset register
  • Taking deliveries of materials
  • Checking delivery notes and handing them to the foreman
  • Complete worksheets in a timely and efficient manner and submit to the head office each
    Friday
  • Make recommendations regarding condition of plant and submit Life Expired reports if
    necessary
  • Completing planned maintenance works in accordance with the client specification
  • Compile list of remedial works required after PPM visit
  • Assist the Contracts Manager in preparing costings for any remedial works
  • Order job materials and submit copy paperwork to the head Office each Friday
  • Attend training and Health and Safety courses from time to time as directed by the Contracts
    Manager

  • Every 4 weeks being an out of hours call out engineer to cover all reactive faults for the week
    between 17:30 and 08:00
