The Approach
Hollywell uses its own Asset-Pro software to project an up to the minute and transparent tool through which it reacts to the demands of the client. The number and size of different situations that can arise means that Hollywell has to be constantly improving and learning.
The Challenges
One of the key challenges is working directly with members of the public in their homes and the specific demands that they have. The Hollywell team has to adapt to many differing circumstances and the help desk must quickly respond to evolving client needs. All work carried out by Hollywell is constantly measured against performance level agreements, with Hollywell providing monthly reports on all programme updates and costings.
The Delivery
The nature of the works is always interesting and covers a wide range of activities including new power installations, gas and electrical safety checks on properties, periodic emergency lighting tests, lighting upgrades, boiler repairs and replacements and other more general emergency reactive works. The variety of sites covered includes the civic offices in Borehamwood, various museums and park buildings, community centres and pavilions, Cranbourne Road waste depot as well domestic properties. This diversity poses a challenge that Hollywell is well equipped to meet, offering its client a 365 days a year 24/7 service that is both professional and cost effective.
