Hollywell deploys its experienced and competent field services team across a number of different skill sets across all facets of the AEA estate. From Hollywell’s head office, a central help desk provides reactive maintenance and implements planned preventative maintenance (PPM).
A big challenge for Hollywell is to ensure that the customer experience from car park to platform is constantly being improved. The large number of sites and buildings present new and fresh challenges that need to be overcome. Soft services such as cleaning, pest control and grounds maintenance all need to be executed to a very high standard.
Hollywell uses a Computer Aided Facilities Management (CAFM) system in a Digital Log Book format that is fully accessible to AEA, to log all PPM work. The PPM work covers all areas including systems, assets and building fabric and finishes. The team at Hollywell also cover the key activities of reactive maintenance, asset management, spares and critical spares handling, minor new works and energy management. By pulling together a large number of skills in the field with an extremely efficient and reactive head office help desk team, Hollywell is able to provide a capable and coordinated service to AEA.
New Customer Information Screens – March 2020
Hollywell have been installing new digital cameras and CIS screens at Hockley, Rayleigh, and Wickford Rail Stations. This is part of AEA’s committed obligation to improve the route, providing clear train arrival and departure information and added security to stations. Hollywell have been installing the screens cameras as well as all enabling works involved.
