The Approach
Hollywell liaises closely with the each parish and the Diocesan property services and estates office to ensure that the Dioceses maintenance requirements are met.
The Challenges
Working on a large variety historic buildings, many of which are listed, does pose a unique set of challenges requiring bespoke solutions. Many of the buildings are in constant use which means being both sympathetic to their core functions as well ensuring the safety to all those that are using them.
The Delivery
The successful delivery of many of the projects worked on or the Diocese relies on good communications and reacting quickly to situations that require an immediate response. Because of the age of many of the properties it is often Hollywell’s experience that tells when looking at the correct course of action, particularly when it comes to aging infrastructure and services. Hollywell are committed to solutions that provide the best long term value or the diocese and all of its stakeholders.
