The Approach
Hollywell ensured that an agreed regime of maintenance of critical systems was in place with the client whilst ensuring that it understood the nature and complexities of working within an educational environment.
The Challenges
A big challenge is to ensure safe working conditions are practised at all times, safeguarding both the students, staff and Hollywell team members. It is also key to ensure that any works are in line with the school budgetary controls.
The Delivery
Hollywell’s aim is to ensure that the school is always compliant with fast moving legislation and that environmentally friendly working conditions are in place at all times. The success of the contract was in forming a good understanding of the school infrastructure and its needs and then having a good working relationship with their facilities team. The school provides Hollywell with a unique set of parameters within which to work, ensuring that the team are always focused and that the school is always receiving a quality service.
